If you lose your card in Sweden or abroad, it is important that you block the card immediately. The fastest way to do this is to use the Mynt's mobile app.
Customer Service
- Log in to the app and select “cards” in the navigation. Under Card Settings, you can click on the card you want to freeze.
- Click on “freeze card”.
- Here you can also choose to turn off the ability to withdraw money from vending machines and make online transactions.
You can block the card in the web app
- Log in to the web app and enter under “My Cards”.
- Click on the card you want to block and then on the “Freeze card” button, and follow the instructions.

Tips for the holidays
Whether you are vacationing in Sweden or abroad, our tip is to bring two cards on your trip and store the cards in different places. Then you always have a card in reserve in case of an accident. Also make sure to have personal code and Mobile BankID with you so that you can legitimize yourself if you need to contact us.
