Out-of-pocket expenses are purchases that employees make with personal funds on behalf of the company and then claim back.
With Mynt’s out-of-pocket expenses, purchases made on personal cards can be added and displayed in the same way as if the purchase was made with a company card from Mynt. Your administrator can review the purchase and repay the employee through the payroll system
We don’t currently support these features, but this function is under development.
AI scanning takes place inside Mynt’s cloud environment within the EU.
You can, of course, make the reimbursement using your payroll system or with manual payments as usual, but all of the information about expense totals and employees who need to be repaid can also easily be reconciled within Mynt. Having all expenses in the same system gives you a better overview of what the company has purchased.
