Access denied
Is the card being denied? This could be the reason.
Why is the card denied?
If the card is denied, this can be due to several different things.
- The user has reached their purchase limit.
- There is no money in the account.
- The purchase is not approved in the app (in case of online purchase).
- An account transfer is attempted (this is not supported by our cards).
