Common reasons card purchases don’t go through

There are several reasons a transaction you’re trying to make with a Mynt card may be denied:

- You have reached your purchase limit.
Solution: speak to your CFO about changing your monthly limit.

- There is no money in the account.
Solution: ask your finance team to add money to the company Mynt account.

- An online purchase has not been approved in the app.
Solution: try again – no matter what kind of credit card you use, security issues sometimes mean purchases aren’t approved the first time.

- You’re trying to use Mynt to transfer funds.
Solution: transfer funds using other means, as this is not supported by our cards.

– You've tried entering the PIN incorrectly three times, and as a result, the card is blocked.
Solution: contact support to unblock the card.
