Complaining about a purchase
If something goes wrong when you’ve bought an item using your Mynt card, contact the merchant to return the goods. Any refund you receive will go back to the Mynt card – just as it would for a personal credit or debit card. Remember to upload the refund receipt provided by the merchant so your accounts team can resolve the transaction.
